Early-stage development opportunity: Novel diagnostic approach for acute inflammatory lung conditions
Business Development Manager at STEP RI d.o.o.
Rijeka, Croatia
About
Acute inflammatory lung conditions are associated with substantial morbidity, mortality, and healthcare costs, while currently available diagnostic approaches may provide clinically relevant information only after significant disease progression. Our approach aims to address this unmet need by providing clinically relevant information at an earlier stage, potentially supporting more timely patient management and clinical decision-making. The technology is being developed as a laboratory-compatible testing solution with potential for translation into a standardized diagnostic kit. At this early stage of development, we are looking for partners interested in contributing to the further development and translation of the technology toward clinical application and commercialization. We are particularly interested in collaboration with companies bringing complementary expertise in assay and product development, analytical and clinical validation, regulatory strategy, manufacturing, and/or market access. We also welcome investors interested in investing in the newly formed spin-off and supporting its growth and further development. Further technical information can be shared with qualified and interested partners under appropriate confidentiality arrangements.
