Partnership for INTERCHANGING Drug Development: From Preclinical Development to Phase I

We are seeking strategic partners to support the further development of INTERCHANGING, an investigational pharmacological approach based on a single-molecule dual α₂-adrenergic/D₂-dopaminergic mechanism, with potential application in treatment-resistant schizophrenia.

The project builds on encouraging preclinical evidence and prior human exposure in another clinical indication. Current activities are focused on strengthening the preclinical package and advancing the asset toward the next stages of development.

We are interested in collaborations with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, CROs, translational drug-development experts, and regulatory partners able to contribute to preclinical development, pharmacokinetics and ADME, formulation, safety assessment, regulatory planning, and future clinical translation.
