Early health technology assessment : supporting go/no-go decisions

We help companies answer a decision that comes up early and costs a lot to get wrong: is this asset worth taking to the next stage, and under what conditions. We identify the benchmark the technology has to meet against the current standard of care, the endpoints decision-makers will care about, and the evidence still to be generated. Where the literature cannot answer, because the asset has no clinical track record yet, we complement it with the input of clinical and payer-side experts. The output is short by design, meant to support an internal decision rather than document one. We are currently developing this into a defined service offering.

What you get: a short, decision-ready assessment setting out the benchmark the technology must reach and the evidence gaps to address. Scope and format are agreed with the client.
