Proposal Writing

We support the coordinator and the consortium throughout the entire proposal development process, from the initial idea to the proposal submitted on the funding body’s portal. We assess and refine the concept against the requirements of the call, on both scientific and administrative grounds, and test it against the evaluation criteria. We coordinate the international consortium in collecting contributions, integrate and optimise the content to ensure consistency, clarity and full compliance with the official template, support budget development and manage submission on the platform. If the project is funded, we assist partners in the negotiation with the funding body, through to the preparation of the Grant Agreement and the Consortium Agreement.
Client deliverable: A complete and well-crafted proposal, submitted before the deadline.
