Commercialization Support for Tech Transfer

For university tech transfer offices, research institutes and hospital research centers with more promising inventions than time to commercialize them. Typical scope: commercial triage of invention disclosures (who would pay, for what, and at which stage); non-confidential summaries written for industry readers; mapping and prioritizing potential licensees and partners; outreach and first meetings with pharma and biotech BD; license-or-spinout assessment; workshops for researchers on how industry evaluates academic science.
