About
NeuroGlass is a browser-based platform for large volumetric microscopy data, developed by MetaCell for neuroscience and life-science research groups. Light-sheet and electron microscopy datasets now routinely reach terabyte scale, and moving them between collaborators has become the real bottleneck in the science. NeuroGlass leaves the data in place and brings the researcher to it: full-resolution exploration in 2D and 3D from a browser tab, per-person access control, concurrent work on the same dataset, and every visualisation preserved as a reproducible state that can be restored, shared or exported as a publication figure. Rendering setups defined once can be applied across an entire collection of datasets, which removes most of the configuration burden for facilities imaging many samples. We are also developing a collaborative neuron tracing workflow, in which tracers work online on the hosted volume and completed work passes through a reviewer queue.
We should be glad of the opportunity to meet anyone who might find the platform useful, or who follows the company's next stage of growth with interest.
