DBGen

An integrated genomic annotation database that integrates in a single API, through a single SQL interface, many public annotation datasets such as gnomAD, ClinVar, CADD, and other sources.

DBGen enables the unified management of raw genomic data and annotated variants within a single API entrypoint: no more ad-hoc methods, large files redundantly replicated per project, messy upgrade paths whenever a new dataset is released, but a single unified standard database with all the annotation data at your disposal.
