My organisation

12 years ago, I saved and relaunched the artisanal production of Pyrenean fir syrup according to the traditional recipe of our elders. Then gradually, I developed a unique, original range of gourmet products based on Abies Alba fir from the Pyrenees and wild plants of our territory: balsamic cream of fir, 2 vinegars of fir, pepper of fir, Oils flavored with cones and buds of fir.. Today I work with many Chefs/fes in France and around the world: the teams of Yannick Alléno\, Alain Ducasse, Pierre Hermé, Anne sophie Pic\, Lionel Giraud, Celler de Can Roca\\ in Girona... and I export to the USA, Canada, Ireland, Andorra, Spain, Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Poland... My products are also in place in several delicatessens and wine merchants in France, Europe, and the USA. I am a member of the Collège culinaire de France (Quality craftsman) and we also benefit from the brand and label 'Valeurs Parc Naturel Régional' for several products from the Catalan Pyrenees Natural Park, and we have been certified organic (Ecocert) since 2015.
