At Bodega Gil Armada S.L., located in Cambados (D.O. Rías Baixas), we specialize in crafting premium traditional spirits and artisanal liqueurs. We honor the heritage of Galician distillation by producing our base spirit, an exquisite Albariño aguardiente, in traditional copper stills. This spirit is then used in our licorera (liqueur house), where we delicately macerate select fruits in limited batches using glass demijohns (damajuanas). This commitment to traditional methods ensures a complex and refined flavor in every bottle.
