tofillo is a family owned company based in Crete, specializing in the organic cultivation, processing, and distribution of premium herbs. Since 2014, we have been cultivating Cretan herbs in different areas of Chania and, through collaborations with trusted producers, we also source high quality varieties from across Greece. All stages of production, from harvesting to drying and packaging, are carried out with care at our certified facility in the BIO.PA. of Chania, ensuring authenticity, safety, and consistent quality. Our product range includes organic herbal teas, culinary blends, seasonings, and unique gift sets, many of which have received international recognition and awards. By combining tradition with innovation, we create sustainable practices and build strong partnerships in the agri-food and wellness markets. Our vision is to highlight the cultural heritage of Greek herbs while promoting their role in modern wellbeing worldwide. We are seeking collaborations with distributors to expand our market reach, as well as suppliers of eco-friendly and alternative packaging. In addition, we are looking for innovative field solutions, such as technologies for aromatic plant harvesting and weed management.

About me

I am Rodo Vasilaki, Agronomist and Co-founder of tofillo Organic Herbs. My background in sustainable agriculture has shaped both my professional path and my personal values, as I strongly believe that protecting biodiversity and respecting the land are essential for a healthier future. Growing up in Crete, I was surrounded by the richness of local herbs and the traditional knowledge passed down through generations.

For more than a decade, I have been cultivating Cretan herbs with care and dedication. Today, through strong collaborations, I also source high-quality herbs from across Greece, always ensuring their proper handling and processing in my certified facility at the BIO.PA of Chania. This approach allows me to guarantee authenticity, quality, and respect for both tradition and nature.

Together with my team at tofillo, I focus on blending tradition with innovation, creating sustainable practices, and building partnerships in the agri-food and wellness markets. My vision is to highlight the cultural heritage of Greek herbs while promoting their role in modern wellbeing.
