The Coopérative des Sauniers de l’Île de Ré brings together the skills, expertise, and resources—human and technical—of 70 dedicated salt producers. Together, they collect, store, package, and market premium coarse salt and fleur de sel. Attentive to customer expectations and evolving market trends, the cooperative offers a wide selection of products: coarse salt, fine salt, fleur de sel, salt blends with organic spices, salicornia, and even salted caramels. Packaging is carried out in-house at the cooperative’s workshop, with formats tailored for both individual consumers and professionals: sachets, shakers, grinders, boxes, jars, bags, buckets, and more.
