At Pure Garden, we turn fresh, high-quality Finnish garlic into something truly special—black garlic. It’s made by slowly aging regular garlic in a warm oven for six weeks. During cooking and fermentation, pure garlic acquires its characteristic black color, aroma, and odorless and stomach-friendly state. The result is a soft and chewy texture and unique flavor full of natural umami. Umami turn good food better. The strong smell is gone, making it easy on the stomach too!
