Greek gyros

Gyros original is made of uncooked selected pieces of meat, lovely marinated, and filleted in very thin slices. These slices are placed per hand one on top of the other, vertically on a spit and grilled.

The result is an excellent ballanced combination taste of meat-spices-and herbs, crispy and smoky flavor yet juicy and tender with long aftertaste.

Available in 4 different recipes: No1 (60% pancetta 40% leg), Special (100% pancetta), Classic (50% pancetta 50% shoulder), Traditional (20% pancetta 80% shoulder)
