Established over 20 years ago, FERMA CU OMENIE is dedicated to producing delicious cheeses and dairy using fresh milk from its own well-cared cows. Though it started with a farm & a small milk factory and just a few employees, the family run business succeeded to grow, becoming today a modern business - a factory and a farm located in the same yard (for the most part of the products, the company uses the milk from their own cows, a milk rich in proteins and nutrients).

FERMA CU OMENIE focuses on traditional cheese products, protecting original recipes so as to offer consumers superior quality products. Some of the Romanian company’s top products are:

• Mild kneaded cheese – cow and sheep cheese with 100% milk from the own farm – the below cheese with a soft taste is a traditional product and one of the oldest assortments of cheese manufactured in Romania, since the 14th century. The cheese is kneaded to be one of the most renowned traditional Romanian products, which is neither too acid, nor too salty, it is compact, creamy and it does not crumble. It is made by kneading the fresh maturated cow cheese together with the fresh maturated sheep cheese to which one adds only a bit of salt for taste and preservation.
• Cow cheese – cow cheese with 100% milk from the own farm – having its own farm and dairy one can produce fresh Romanian cow cheese thought the entire year.
• Cow cheese lightly salted matured in brine (with 100% milk from the own farm) – is a fermented cheese with numerous benefits for the health system, no matter if it is made from cows, sheep or goat milk (among the benefits of this cheese – it has 3 times less salt than any other similar products).
