My name is Robert Mörth, and in the jungles of Vietnam, I discovered an ancient artisanal craft or rather a fermentation method used by locals to preserve the fruits from their own gardens. I brought the best of it back to Austria and, you could almost say, reinvented it. Together with the University of Graz, we developed the fermentation technology and set up production in Austria.

We refine only locally sourced organic fruits and organic citrus fruits from our Mediterranean neighboring gardens. And what else is in it? Just a drop of honey and nothing else. This serves as a nutrient for the good bacteria. Our fermented fruits have high bioavailability because they are free from additives and especially free from sulfites.

The fermented fruits from Fancy by Nature are a wonderful and healthy snack for in between meals. Whether it's during work, on a long car journey, or while doing sports – the fruits offer an exceptional taste experience and also provide a small energy boost during everyday life.

We've also expanded our fruit range to include a chocolate line, where we coat our fruits in white and dark chocolate and dust them with cocoa. Today, Fancy by Nature is a must-have even at parties as an extraordinary snack surprise.

We were even surprised ourselves by how delicious sauces, soups, salads, main dishes, and dessert creations can be refined with Fancy by Nature.
