A.INVISION INLab NGS Solution
The INVISION INLab NGS Solution integrates the complete Sample-to-Report NGS workflow. INB develops and manufactures the key components of the workflow, including automated nucleic acid extraction systems, NGS library preparation workstations, targeted NGS panels, and automated bioinformatics and reporting software. By integrating these components into a standardized workflow, INLab enables laboratories to streamline NGS testing, reduce manual operations, and improve workflow consistency and turnaround time.
INB offers targeted NGS panels for applications including solid tumors and liquid tumors. Its INVISION Leukemia NGS Solution, validated by Yale Medical Center and adopted by CAP-accredited laboratories, combines leukemia-related gene panels with INB’s proprietary DimerOff™ technology, which reduces primer-dimer formation and non-specific amplification to improve library quality and sequencing efficiency. The integrated solution supports molecular profiling, treatment decision-making, and disease monitoring for leukemia and other hematological malignancies.
B. Light Sensing Biomarker Analyzer
The Light Sensing Biomarker Analyzer is INB's proprietary optical biosensing platform for antibody analysis and ultra-sensitive protein biomarker detection.
Based on FOPPR® (Fiber-Optic Particle Plasmon Resonance) technology, the platform enables label-free, real-time, and rapid molecular interaction analysis, including binding kinetics and affinity measurements, making it suitable for antibody screening, characterization, and biomarker development.
The platform also supports ultra-sensitive detection of low-abundance protein biomarkers. INB is currently developing a blood-based Alzheimer's disease p-tau217 test based on this technology.
INB's optical biosensing technology has also been adopted in a European Union-funded research program, demonstrating its value in advanced biomarker research and translational applications.
