Seeking commercial and implementation partners for Docuraid's hospital SOP platform
Docuraid Co-founder at Docuraid
Zaventem, Belgium
About
Docuraid is looking for commercial and implementation partners to help hospitals reduce the workload of writing, consolidating and maintaining medical SOPs. Our priority markets are Germany, the Netherlands and France, with opportunities for collaboration elsewhere in Europe.
ABOUT DOCURAID
Developed by Hyperson in collaboration with the University Hospital UZ Leuven in Belgium, Docuraid helps healthcare professionals create and harmonise procedures using validated sources, shared templates and AI-assisted drafting. Content remains traceable to its sources, and specialists retain responsibility for validation.
Docuraid complements existing quality management systems. Formal approval, version control and publication remain within the hospital's established QMS. In the UZ Leuven proof of value, participants achieved an average reduction of approximately 40% in procedure writing time.
WHO WE WANT TO PARTNER WITH
• Healthcare and quality management consultants supporting hospitals with procedure harmonisation, organisational change or QMS migrations.
• QMS vendors seeking to complement their platforms with AI-assisted content preparation and consolidation.
• Healthcare IT integrators with experience deploying software within hospital environments.
• Commercial partners with established relationships with hospital quality teams, clinical leaders and digital transformation managers.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR PARTNERS
Docuraid can support projects that combine software with document analysis, template design, harmonisation, integration, training and ongoing support. Partners can extend their offering to existing hospital customers and develop recurring business around software adoption and procedure maintenance.
WHAT WE BRING
• The Docuraid software and experience gained through our work with UZ Leuven.
• Product demonstrations and technical support for joint customer discussions.
• On-premises deployment options and SaaS options for pilots.
• Implementation methodology, template expertise and training.
• Collaboration on initial projects and feedback into product development.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Partners who understand local hospital needs, can identify suitable opportunities and help customers move from an initial demonstration to a pilot or implementation. Depending on your strengths, your role could focus on introductions, sales, integration or delivery.
HOW WE COULD START
Identify one hospital with a clear procedure-management challenge, agree on a focused use case and jointly shape a pilot or implementation proposal. We can then define responsibilities and commercial terms around the value each partner contributes.
We welcome an introductory meeting to explore your customer base, expertise and a potential first joint project.
