Reimbursement of MEDICA 2026 Visitor Ticket Costs for the MEDICA Healthcare Brokerage Event 2026 - Terms & Conditions

NRW.Europa supports the participation of companies based in North Rhine-Westphalia in the MEDICA Healthcare Brokerage Event 2026 by reimbursing the cost of one MEDICA visitor ticket. 

A total of 10 ticket reimbursements are available under this scheme. Reimbursements will be granted on a first come, first served basis, determined by the date on which all required supporting documents have been received in full. Reimbursement can only be granted while the available quota remains. 

Eligibility Requirements for Ticket Reimbursement 

Reimbursement may be granted if all of the following conditions are met: 

• The company is based in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. 

• The company registers for the MEDICA Healthcare Brokerage Event 2026. 

• The company publishes a meaningful Technology Request on the matchmaking platform as part of its profile. A Technology Request describes a specific technology, product, development, or cooperation need of the company and serves to identify suitable international collaboration partners. 

• During MEDICA, the company conducts at least four transnational on-site meetings with organizations from other countries that have been arranged through the matchmaking platform. 

• The company purchases a valid MEDICA visitor ticket at its own expense. 

• After the event, the company contacts the organizing team and submits the required supporting documents, including:  

• Proof of the meetings conducted, 

• Invoice or proof of purchase for the MEDICA visitor ticket, 

• Any additional documents required for verification, where applicable. 

Only one ticket reimbursement per company can be granted, regardless of the number of employees participating. 

Scope of Reimbursement 

Reimbursement will be made after successful verification of the submitted documents following the completion of the event. The reimbursement covers the actual cost incurred for one MEDICA visitor ticket, subject to the submission of a valid proof of purchase. 

Reimbursement is available only as long as the quota of ten ticket reimbursements has not been exhausted. The determining factor is the date on which all required supporting documents have been received in full by the organizing team. 

Legal recourse is excluded.
