This topic is part of the World-Cafe Interactive Session, participants will be moving to another topic after 30 minutes discussion.
The IDEF project aims to foster Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) adoption by integrating SysML v2 into the space domain. The project aims to provide structured methodologies and tailored tools that enhance system design, verification, and documentation. In the short-term, this will be achieved by GSEF-v3 made available to the European space community members.
The objective of this round table is to have a collaborative and constructive exchange of views aimed at ensuring the adoption of this solution by the space industry and its long-term viability. Among the various subjects that can be raised are identified: GSEF appropriation for space applications. Which ecosystem to put in place to ensure viability? Community animation and governance after IDEF? Link with other communities?
Outcomes consist in:
-
Inform interested parties of future availability and conditions of use
-
Identify potential collaborations, whether technical or related to the community's development
-
Invite suppliers of complementary tools and services to enrich the available offer
-
and, in general, to foster the adoption of SysML V2 and GSEF-v3 by the space players
