EDIH Online Matchmaking: Peer Clinics

Join the first Peer Clinic: bring a challenge, a solution worth sharing, or both. Five cases will be selected, with peers contributing tested approaches and practical answers from across the network.

A Peer Clinic is a structured peer-learning format in which one EDIH brings a concrete challenge, opportunity, or initiative to a small group of peers. The aim is not to solve the case in full during the session, but rather to clarify the challenge, learn from relevant experiences across the EDIH Network, identify useful resources and connections, and leave with practical ideas.

This EDIH Online Matchmaking Session combines:

• Peer Clinics: Join a small-group discussion centered on a real case presented by a fellow EDIH.

• 1-to-1 Matchmaking Meetings: Connect with peers whose expertise and needs complement your own.

The session is designed to help EDIHs strengthen cross-border collaboration, learn from successful approaches implemented across the network, and turn shared challenges into concrete opportunities for action. By combining peer learning with targeted networking, participants will build valuable connections and identify practical next steps for future collaboration.

Have a concrete challenge you want to solve with your Peers? Submit it during registration for a Peer Clinic and work with other EDIHs on practical solutions you can apply!

The clinics are designed to speed up the identification of practical solutions through direct exchange with other EDIHs. We are looking for real situations where peer experience, expertise, resources, or connections could help you explore possible new solutions and identify practical next steps.

Five cases will be selected, and the selected EDIHs will be contacted in advance and supported in preparing a focused case presentation.

1. By 15 October - Register for the session and complete your profile, including your areas of activity and ideation challenges. You can also submit a case for the peer clinic.

2. 16 - 30 October - Upon confirmation of participation, browse the profiles of your peers and request meetings.

3. 23 November - Receive your personalised meeting schedule ahead of the session.

Participants may either arrange meetings themselves through B2Match or opt to be matched by the DTA team.
