About
We are currently seeking partners interested in this Call who are looking for experienced evaluators to lead the impact measurement component of the project. We bring strong, well-established experience in designing and implementing robust impact measurement frameworks for complex, multi-component social innovation projects.
In particular, we aim to contribute to impact measurement by developing and applying ex-ante evaluation methodologies aligned with the Theory of Change. This includes defining clear output and outcome indicators, establishing data collection and monitoring systems, and assessing the effectiveness of innovative approaches across the project’s lifecycle. Our work would ensure that impacts related to employability, skills development, transitions into sustainable employment, and organisational outcomes are measured in a rigorous, transparent, and policy-relevant manner.
