PErugia, Italy

About

FORMA.Azione srl is a training and consultancy organisation with extensive experience in the design and management of EU-funded projects in the fields of education, training, social inclusion, and equal opportunities. Since 2004, the organisation has been committed to promoting empowerment processes and inclusive practices, particularly for individuals at risk of marginalisation.

Since 2021, FORMA.Azione has deepened its focus on neurodiversity, actively working to raise awareness and promote neuroinclusive practices in both learning and professional environments. This commitment is reflected in its coordination of the Community of Practice “Neurodiverse Workplaces in Europe”, launched within the Erasmus+ project NEW – Neurodiversity at Work (www.neurodiverseworkplaces.eu). The Community brings together European organisations to share knowledge, tools, and approaches aimed at fostering inclusive and supportive workplaces for neurodivergent individuals.

FORMA.Azione promotes the design of training strategies tailored to diverse cognitive profiles, supports organisations in developing inclusive HR practices, and facilitates peer learning and international exchange among professionals engaged in creating accessible, flexible, and equitable systems.

By integrating the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and leveraging digital innovation, FORMA.Azione empowers educators, trainers, and employers to recognise and value neurological diversity as a strength, contributing to more inclusive and innovative learning and working environments across Europe.
