Scaling Accessible Digital Learning for Inclusive Employment
Senior E-learning Consultant | CTO & Project Manager | Associate at OC Group e-learning company at OC Open Consulting SB srl
Trento, Italy
About
OC Group, an Italian SME specializing in open-source e-learning solutions, proposes a collaborative project to transfer and scale social innovations that improve labor market outcomes for persons with disabilities. Building on our experience with the Province of Bolzano (https://home.province.bz.it/en/home)) and the Region of Emilia-Romagna in Italy, we aim to:
-
Develop accessible e-learning modules tailored to the needs of persons with disabilities, available in multiple languages.
-
Implement training programs for employers and public employment services to promote inclusive hiring practices and reasonable accommodation.
-
Create digital tools for assessing and certifying digital competencies aligned with the DigComp framework.
This initiative aligns with the Disability Employment Package's objectives, particularly in strengthening employment services, promoting affirmative action, ensuring reasonable accommodation, and supporting vocational rehabilitation schemes.
