About
We are looking for associations that are interested in circular economy, industrial symbiosis, creativity and collaboration to teach, train and help people with disabilities find work.
1. We have a workshop or practice base where we do various creative works, woodwork based on circular economy principles.
2. We recently acquired another property where we want to develop a theoretical base where courses and trainings would take place that would help people with disabilities enter the labor market. It is not a school. But it focuses on people who are not able to cope with school, NEET youth, people with disabilities who have dropped out of the labor market.
3. We want to integrate 1-3 curricula into the curriculum that would be related to specialties close to us and would help people enter the open labor market.
A. Designing and shaping products with computer programs for laser and cnc machines. (Fusion, Lightburn, Canva, Photoroom etc.)
B. Increasing digital competence in people with disabilities (different levels).
C. Modern technologies (AI, drones, 3D, social media marketing, etc.)
The social innovation we are based on would be: to consolidate an environmentally conscious and sustainable economic model (circular economy, industrial symbiosis) cooperation with larger industrial companies could also be part of the project, for example, creating networks with companies (the goal is to raise awareness and include people with disabilities in the labor market). And employment of people with disabilities. Also, these laser machines and CNC machines and computers are a good opportunity for people with special needs to find work.
The idea of the project is to pilot this model from scratch and create an evidence-based and working model of theory, practice and an open labor market. At the moment, we have been working more on the basis of experience and emotion.
