I come from a business-oriented background, graduating from Zagreb School of Economics and Management with an MBA and furthering my studies in France with an MSc in Strategy and Organizational Consultancy. With over 15 years of experience in business, marketing, sales, consultancy, and leadership, I help individuals and companies achieve transformation, growth, and long-term success.

As a coach and mentor, I focus on professional and personal development, guiding clients through leadership challenges, career transitions, and personal transformations. Feeling the need for deeper insight into human behavior, I also pursued psychotherapy studies, completing the foundational year of a five-year program.

My career spans multiple industries and countries, including Croatia, France, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, giving me a unique perspective on thriving in today’s fast-changing world. Alongside my professional journey, I am a wife and mother of two boys, aged 6 and 12. I am passionate about themes like transformation, positive work environments, and work-life harmony.

As an independent entrepreneur, I’ve had the privilege to work with professionals at various stages of their journey, from emerging leaders to executives, helping businesses and individuals find clarity, improve communication, and build stronger, more effective teams.
