PMO Partners provides management consulting services tailored to the needs of large enterprises, SMEs, and entrepreneurs operating in Turkey and abroad, leveraging its internationally recognized expertise in project management practices. With the aim of facilitating access to the right financial resources quickly and easily, PMO Partners offers project application services to European Union programs such as HORIZON Europe, ERA-NET, EURANET, EUREKA, as well as national programs like TURQUALITY, TÜBİTAK, and Development Agencies. Additionally, PMO Partners offers project management consultancy in various sectors including establishment of R&D and Design Centers, Incubation Centers, Technoparks, Corporate Project Management Offices, and Digital Transformation Centers. Furthermore, services provided by PMO Partners encompass the preparation of market entry programs and strategies for international markets, particularly the U.S. market, as well as the preparation and management of investment incentive programs.
About me
I am a Project Specialist with a background in Mechanical Engineering, focused on managing R&D and innovation projects with a strategic emphasis on international collaboration and operational excellence. My expertise lies in navigating European Union frameworks such as Horizon Europe, ERA-Net, and Eureka Clusters, while also supporting business development and foreign investment initiatives.
I have extensive experience in overseeing TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) project processes, managing R&D and Design Center operations, and facilitating access to national and international funding mechanisms. I work closely with stakeholders to secure support for innovative initiatives, generate project progress reports, and strengthen customer relations.
With a strong commitment to continuous improvement, I actively contribute to enhancing corporate project management systems, developing project management plans, and enriching institutional memory. I am driven by a passion for innovation, global cooperation, and advancing Turkey’s presence in international R&D landscapes.
