Water Tube Steam Boiler

High efficiency water tube steam boilers, which can operate with natural gas, liquid fuel or solid fuel can be used in all industrial areas with optimized gas outlet temperature according to steam pressure.

Water tube steam boilers with a capacity of up to 150 tons/hour are designed with a superheater according to the needs in the production processes and superheated steam is obtained.

It is designed in prismatic form with single or double drums and a membrane combustion chamber. The membrane has a compact and low water volume structure with its combustion chamber structure, and rapid steam production is provided.

The combustion cell is designed in the required diameter and length as a result of the optimizations made with the burner manufacturers and in accordance with the TS EN 12953-3 Article 5.4 for the complete combustion of the fuel needed, with a volume not exceeding the emission values, with a membrane water tube and the targeted thermal capacity.

 The economizer, which is mounted behind the boiler to heat the feed water with the flue gas discharged from the boiler, is designed to increase the system efficiency. The economizer is manufactured from finned tubes and the system efficiency is maximized with much smaller heat transfer surfaces.
