Smoke Tube Steam Boiler

High efficiency smoke tube steam boilers, which can operate with natural gas and liquid fuel, can be used in all industrial areas with their 3-pass structure and optimized gas outlet temperature according to steam pressure.

Steam boilers with a capacity of up to 40 tons/hour are designed with a superheater according to the needs in the production processes and superheated steam is obtained.

It is quite easy to clean and observe because it is not covered with pipe bundle over the ash. Interactive 2nd pass tube bundle and heating surfaces around the furnace provide rapid water circulation and thus speed up the passage of steam grains into the steam room.

In the second and third passes, the flue gas is designed with optimum speed and heat transfer values, and the boiler becomes compact and highly efficient with the exit of the flue gas from the boiler at optimum temperatures. The economizer, which is mounted behind the boiler to heat the feed water with the flue gas discharged from the boiler, is designed to increase the system efficiency. The economizer is manufactured from finned tubes and the system efficiency is maximized with much smaller heat transfer surfaces.
