At Precisiona (Precision Analytica), we design & deliver personalised interventions for behaviour change for lifestyle and optimal quality of life (QoL).
At Precisiona (Precision Analytica for Behavioural Enhancement), we design personalised interventions for health-related behaviour change. Instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all (i.e. "n = Many") model, we tailor strategies to each individual’s psychological, physical, spiritual, and environmental context (n = 1) —because sustainable change requires more than generic advice.
The idea of precision is already transforming medicine, public health, education, and social policy. We extend this principle to behavioural health and exercise, integrating factors such as lifestyle, motivation, environment, and genetics to create targeted, practical interventions.
While wearable devices, apps, and biomarker testing provide valuable insights into sleep, activity, and predispositions, these tools alone rarely drive lasting change. Data is powerful, but it doesn’t speak for itself.
That’s where we are focusing. By combining behavioural science with selective AI and machine learning, we decode complex patterns, predict the right moments for action, and deliver adaptive, personalised strategies—from timely prompts to tailored recommendations—when they are most likely to make a difference.
Our approach emphasises simplicity, feasibility, and stepwise action—redefining personalisation into actionable insights for transformation.
Seeking partners in designing personalised interventions for health-related behaviour change: Instead of "n = Many", let's try n = 1.
