Marc-Philipp Crepaz

I am a consultant, lecturer, and researcher with over two decades of experience in organizational development, strategic communication, and quality systems across healthcare, academia, and technology. My recent focus lies in leveraging AI—especially GenAI and autonomous agents—to enhance scientific workflows, decision-making, and compliance in the life sciences sector.

I work at the intersection of regulation, innovation, and education, helping institutions develop sustainable systems that are both people-centered and tech-enabled.

• I teach at FH Gesundheit Innsbruck, MCI and UMIT Tirol, covering subjects like communication, management systems, leadership, and AI in science.

Earlier Career

• I held leadership positions at Tiroler Sparkasse, managing housing finance and special sales channels.

• As Managing Director at pay+, I developed regulated e-payment systems across DACH.

• I began my career in the chemical industry, where I worked on ERP implementation and brand transformation.
