I’m Lina Z. Chahal, a Project Manager and Business Development Consultant with over 15 years of experience leading projects that drive digital transformation, strategic growth, and business optimization. I’ve spent my career working across Lebanon and the GCC, helping organizations streamline operations, adopt innovative solutions, and create real impact.

My journey has been diverse—I've worked alongside C-level executives, managed high-stakes projects, and led teams through complex transformations. At Interphase, I oversee a portfolio of projects focused on socio-economic development, environmental sustainability, and value chain optimization. I love tackling challenges that require big-picture thinking, whether it’s developing a digital transformation platform for organizations, conducting market analysis for GIZ, or leading sustainability initiatives that connect businesses to meaningful change.

Before that, I worked in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, supporting executive leaders and managing business expansions in fast-moving industries. From coordinating large-scale real estate projects like Reef Island to facilitating joint ventures for international firms, I’ve developed a deep understanding of business development, strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

I’m passionate about helping businesses grow through smart strategy, innovation, and collaboration. I thrive in environments where complex problems need structured solutions, and I’m always looking for ways to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and create sustainable impact.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint-Joseph University (USJ) and speak English, French, and Arabic fluently. More than anything, I believe that success is built on strong relationships, clear strategy, and the ability to adapt and lead in an ever-evolving business landscape.
