I am a community based natural resources, climate change adaptation expert - with vast skills for conducting participatory action research that addresses challenges that rural communities face in Africa. I am female Zimbabwean and am currently working for Great Zimbabwe University, in Zimbabwe. I am a holder of a PhD degree Community Based Forestry Management from Wageningen University, the Netherlands; an MSc degree Management of Agriculture Knowledge Systems at Wageningen University, and a BSc Agriculture Honours Degree - Agriculture Economics at the University of Zimbabwe. I have designed and implemented Several Climate Change Adaptation Projects in Several Counties countries (in Forestry and Fisheries) including Zimbabwe, Zambia, Ghana, Ethiopia and Uganda. I have vast experience in conducting action research – have vast community engagement skills. I have worked for two International Research Institutions – the Center for International Forestry Research and WorldFish Center. I did my post-doctoral studies in Takoradi, Ghana - I worked for WoldFish Ghana office – working under the Coastal Fisheries Governance Program (locally Known as Hen Mpoano) I work very well in multi-disciplinary teams. I vast skills for conducting both qualitative and quantitative research as well as analysing both qualitative and quantitative data. I have excellent networking skills. I have led many consultancy tasks and I never miss deadlines
