SIGERN is a family-owned company with many years of experience in the design and manufacturing of injection molds, as well as in serial production of components.
We are a 100% Polish company, and all stages of production are carried out in-house.

Our facility includes both a toolmaking department and an injection molding plant, allowing us to handle every project comprehensively — from 3D part modeling, mold design, and prototyping, through tool manufacturing, to final serial production of components.

Our clients receive ready-to-use parts without the need to coordinate multiple stages of production.
We maintain full control over all processes involved in component manufacturing, ensuring that each product is made according to customer specifications and quality requirements.

Every project is carefully analyzed for manufacturability — and if necessary, we recommend design adjustments to achieve functional, reliable, and cost-effective solutions tailored to the client’s needs.
We also provide material selection consulting, choosing the most suitable materials based on the working conditions of the final product.

During the production partnership, we keep all molds in constant production readiness, performing in-house maintenance without the need for external servicing.
If you already own injection molds, we also offer production services using customer-supplied tooling.
