SIGERN is a family-owned company with many years of experience in designing and manufacturing injection molds, as well as in serial production of components.
We are a 100% Polish company, and all stages of production are carried out in-house.

Our facility combines a tool shop and an injection molding plant, allowing us to manage every project comprehensively — starting from 3D modeling of the part, mold design, prototyping, and tool manufacturing, through to final production of components.

Our clients receive fully finished parts without the need to coordinate multiple stages of production.
We maintain complete control over every process involved in component manufacturing, ensuring execution in line with the client’s specifications and requirements.

Each project is carefully analyzed for manufacturability, and we suggest design adjustments where needed to ensure functional, optimized solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
We also provide material selection consulting, recommending the right materials based on the technical conditions and application of the final product.
