SIGERN is a family-owned company with many years of experience in the design and manufacturing of injection molds and serial production of components.
We are a 100% Polish company, and all stages of production take place in-house.

Our facility includes both a tool shop and an injection molding plant, allowing us to manage projects comprehensively – starting from 3D modeling of the part, mold design, and prototyping, through tool manufacturing, to the final production of plastic components.

Our clients receive ready-to-use components without the need to coordinate multiple stages of production. We maintain full control over the entire process, ensuring that each product meets the customer’s specifications and quality requirements.

Each project is thoroughly analyzed for manufacturability, and if necessary, we suggest design modifications to ensure functional and cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs.
We also provide material selection consulting, choosing the right polymers depending on the conditions the final product will be exposed to.
