Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our extensive IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support our software development and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Management:

   • Design, implement, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure.

   • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring reliability and scalability.

2. Server Administration:

   • Configure and manage servers, ensuring they meet security and performance standards.

   • Perform routine system updates and apply patches to maintain a secure and up-to-date environment.

3. Network Administration:

   • Manage network devices and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

   • Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard against unauthorized access.

4. Backup and Recovery:

   • Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.

   • Regularly test and verify backup systems for reliability.

5. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with software development teams to support their infrastructure needs.

   • Collaborate with other IT professionals to address cross-functional requirements.

6. Security:

   • Implement and enforce security policies to protect against potential threats.

   • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance security measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator in a large-scale IT environment.

• Proficiency in system and network administration tools.

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
