Senior UI/UX designer
About
Your primary responsibility will be crafting and delivering high-quality designs that elevate the user experience, align with the company's goals, and delight customers to keep them returning.
You'll enjoy the creative freedom to express ideas and contribute to b2match's brand and style guide. In addition, you'll play a key role in b2match's design team focused on creating and upholding the company's design standards, working alongside other designers to share feedback, develop best practices, and grow together.
Tasks

Own every aspect of a product's design, from concept to final release and beyond — from ideation and research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, motion design, and usability testing

Facilitate workshops — prepare, run, and analyze workshops with stakeholders and team members

Create and maintain high-fidelity templates and design assets that align with the current product identity and design system

Shape and create consistent high-fidelity responsive mockups and prototypes

Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution across all project deliverables
-
Continuously review and maintain the product's UI/UX, and bring ideas for improvements to meet best design practices

Assist in mentoring junior designers as the team continues to grow
Requirements
-
A minimum of 2 years of experience in UX & UI design
-
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Design or related field

Proficient in Figma or Sketch

Experience in creating responsive designs from mobile to desktop

You are used to managing and working with design systems

Demonstrate understanding of web standards and accessible design

A strong eye for visual composition and attention to details
-
Ability to think outside the box in order to come up with new ideas or solutions that meet product goals

Ability to iterate designs and solutions based on feedback
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-
Be creative, innovative, and passionate about following the latest and emerging UI/UX trends

Openness to continuously give and receive feedback – both positive and negative

Good communication skills, self-organization, and research ability

Proficiency in English, in both written and verbal form

Experience working in agile teams with designers, developers, and product managers
