• Identification of missing expertise and key partners based on the specific call requirements.

• Access to an extensive European network developed through the SCALE initiative (https://fundtoinnovate.com/events/scale-initiative/), spanning academia, research organisations, industry, SMEs, public authorities, users organisations and innovation intermediaries.

• Facilitation of introductions and brokerage activities to establish new collaborations.

• Assessment of consortium balance, complementarity and geographical coverage, including support for the integration of Widening countries where appropriate.

• Definition of partner roles, responsibilities and contribution to work packages.

• Support in building multidisciplinary, impact-oriented (and users-centred if needed) consortia aligned with Horizon Europe evaluation criteria.

• Facilitation of consortium meetings and early-stage proposal discussions to consolidate the project concept and partnership before proposal writing begins.
