Durana Tech Park (DTP) is a state-owned company under the Ministry of Economy and Innovation and holds the distinction of being the first technology park to operate in Albania. Since its establishment, DTP has positioned itself as a dynamic bridge between academia, business, policy, and regional networks, fostering technological development, knowledge exchange, and entrepreneurship. By bringing together these diverse actors, the park creates a unique ecosystem that not only addresses local innovation needs but also has the potential to generate impact across Europe.

At the heart of DTP’s activities is its role as a central hub for over 50 national and international enterprises, 17 startups, six universities, and 2 digital nomads registered within the park. The park has nurtured five key innovation clusters — Artificial Intelligence & Big Data, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Digital Innovation, and EdTech — which together form a vibrant ecosystem for applied technologies and digital services.

DTP’s strength lies in its ability to combine resources, expertise, and networks in ways that create meaningful opportunities for growth and collaboration. Through its collaborative environment, enterprises and academic institutions are able to work together to accelerate innovation, exchange knowledge, and co-develop solutions.
