ITP AED Industry Sessions

The aim of these sessions is for ITP Aero to gain a better understanding of the skills available within the Portuguese ecosystem and to simplify its procurement process with Portuguese companies.

We will have 11 time slots available throughout the day for bilateral meetings with ITP.

To secure your slot, please follow the steps below:

Booking Instructions

1. Click "Register Now" (blue button on the banner) and fill in your personal and company information.

2. Go to the "Agenda" section of the Event and click "Add" on the desired ITP meeting time slot to book your meeting.

Important Notice and Day-of Instructions:

• Please note that each participant can only make and occupy 1 meeting block on the Agenda. Booking is managed on a First Come, First Served basis.

• On the day of the meetings, December 2nd, simply log in to your b2match account. Go to your Agenda where the option to participate in the video conference will appear as "Join Now" next to your scheduled meeting.
