I’m an intercultural leadership coach supporting professionals and teams working between the UK and Spain to communicate more clearly, collaborate more effectively, and lead across cultures with confidence and awareness.

Having lived and worked across countries and cultures for many years, I help creative, AV and international teams move beyond “speaking the same language” to truly understanding how we think, decide, lead and work together.

My work focuses on the human side of international projects, where most friction , and most potential, lives.
