ISE Open Innovation Challenge 2026

The Integrated System Europe (ISE) Open Innovation Challenge (OIC) 2026 is organized by ACCIÓ, a department of the Catalan Government's Ministry of Enterprise and Labour, partnering with the Enterprise Europe Network, the largest business support network worldwide.

Integrated Systems Europe is the world’s leading AV and systems integration exhibition. ISE 2026 will bring together top global technology innovators and solution providers, offering 4 inspiring days of conferences, events, and experiences. The ISE audiovisual congress will celebrate its 6th edition in Barcelona next February 3rd to 5th.

Why participate as a tech provider?

• To connect with large companies, SMEs, and public entities looking for new technologies/solutions for their unmet technological needs.

• To get your personalised B2B agenda according to your interests & availability. 30 minutes run fast, but they are crucial for building initial connections as they provide a targeted way to meet potential collaboration partners, allowing participants to quickly evaluate each other's interests and expertise, based on the launched challenges.

• The participation is free of charge. All participants with at least one scheduled face-to-face meeting will receive a free pass to ISE Congress.

• Can’t attend in person? No problem — you can also participate 100% online, with all meetings held virtually.

How to participate as a tech provider?

1. Register on the platform as a tech or solution provider and complete your profile.

2. Create your profile to showcase who you are and your technological skills. Create a clear and concise profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. Don’t forget to add a pitch, biography, and your technological skills to your profile. The better your profile, the more meeting requests you’ll receive.

3. Select your preference for meeting format: physical, online, or both on 'My availability' section. Physical meetings will take place at the ISE Congress located at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via 2 and online meetings will be held through the b2match platform.

4. Once your profile is validated, you can start requesting meetings with the corporates whose challenges are aligned with your technological capabilities.

5. The corporation presenting the challenge has the final say. They will choose the providers they want to meet with and accept meeting requests accordingly.

6. My schedule and meetings overview. Access your meetings in My Schedule or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event, as well as the list of your meetings. If it is a virtual meeting, check your camera and microphone before joining, and don't be late!

Who can participate?

• Only companies with a VAT number are eligible. Please note that proposals from self-employed individuals will not be accepted.

• For challenge owners, eligibility is limited to large companies, innovative SMEs and public entities with challenges seeking new technologies and solutions.

• Regarding technology and solution providers applying for a challenge, we are specifically seeking startups, spinoffs, innovative SMEs, R&D centers, Academia, etc. When evaluating technological providers, it's crucial to ensure that the company offers more than just consultancy services or software/app development for clients. It should also not be limited to operating as a static website or landing page with minimal activity. Instead, it should provide specific solutions or developments tailored to address the presented challenges.

• Please be aware that your company is not eligible as a tech provider if you are a consultancy firm, a business development and marketing agency, a corporate entity without a challenge, or similar.

• Technology providers can only request online meetings with other technology providers.

How many participants per company can participate?

• Only ONE registration per organization will be accepted in the platform.

• However, for both physical and online meetings, you may invite one additional colleague to join. A maximum of TWO people per organization are allowed to attend each meeting.

• If you have at least one physical meeting scheduled, you will receive a free pass to the ISE Congress.
