About
I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture from Middle East Technical University and I am currently in the final stage of my PhD in Informatics at Istanbul Technical University. I also serve as a Faculty Lecturer in the Digital Game Design Department at Istanbul Bilgi University, where I teach game development and XR development courses. My research operates at the intersection of architecture, computational design, artificial intelligence, and immersive real-time systems. My doctoral research focuses on AI-driven immersive spatial systems for digital cultural heritage contexts. I investigate algorithmic spatial transformation and its impact on perception and cognitive processes within immersive environments. This work explores how AI systems and adaptive modeling techniques can reshape spatial representation, narrative structures, and user interaction in heritage sites. The research has led to ongoing academic publications and conference contributions in AI-based spatial systems and immersive environments.
I design and develop real-time interactive systems using Unity and Unreal Engine, integrating AI-based methods into spatial modeling, visualization, and user-centered experimentation. My work combines computational modeling with immersive interaction design, bridging technical system development and experiential research. I am currently seeking a host institution and supervisor to collaboratively develop a competitive MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship proposal. The proposed project aims to advance AI-enhanced immersive environments by incorporating deep learning, generative spatial modeling, and adaptive interaction frameworks into heritage and spatial experience design. I am particularly interested in collaborating with research groups working in immersive media, spatial computing, human–computer interaction, digital heritage, and computational architecture. I bring strong interdisciplinary expertise in real-time 3D systems, AI integration, immersive development, and architectural approaches to intelligent spatial systems.
