Advanced MIP-based Sensing Solutions for On-site Environmental Monitoring & Security

Lecturer and Researcher at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University

Çankaya, Türkiye

About

As a researcher specializing in the design and synthesis of Molecularly Imprinted Polymers (MIPs), I offer high-level expertise for the development of selective and robust sensing platforms aimed at the on-site detection of critical pollutants, including pesticides, explosives, and heavy metals. My work focuses on bridging the gap between fundamental materials science and field-ready analytical tools, aligning perfectly with the Horizon Europe "Zero Pollution" and "Green Deal" ambitions. Within the framework of an MSCA Staff Exchanges project, I am eager to contribute technical depth in custom MIP synthesis, surface nano-engineering, and the integration of these "synthetic antibodies" onto various electrochemical or optical transducers. I am actively seeking a multi-disciplinary consortium—comprising both academic laboratories and industrial partners—where I can facilitate a two-way knowledge transfer through intersectoral secondments, particularly in areas such as microfluidics, portable device prototyping, and real-time environmental monitoring. My goal is to collaborate with partners who can provide advanced characterization facilities or industrial testing grounds to transform these robust sensors into scalable, real-world solutions.
