Seed Dependency

Seeds are one of the most important inputs in plant production. Recent developments necessitate the analysis of the level of dependence on seeds in the European Union and neighboring countries using a seed-specific methodology.

This analysis will be a valuable resource in policy making. In this project, a seed dependence measurement methodology will be developed to standardize the measurement of external dependence on seeds in the EU and neighboring countries.
