ORBEL A.Ş. was established in 1989 by the municipal administration of the time under the name Asten İnş. Tic. ve San. A.Ş. The company adopted its current name on 17/09/2007 as Orbel İnşaat Güvenlik Taahhüt Hizmetleri Nakliye Turizm Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi. Initially providing services mainly through contract personnel for the municipality, the company has maintained its structure and continued to grow to the present day. After Ordu province gained metropolitan status, the company became the first municipal company under the Ordu Metropolitan Municipality.
The company’s capital is 100% owned by the Ordu Metropolitan Municipality.
Our company is actively involved in a wide range of services, including the operation of the Ordu Cable Car Station, management of contracted municipal personnel, operation of excavation sites, management of Ünye and Fatsa Ports, Asphalt Plant operations, Concrete Plant operations, large-scale cattle farm management, truck and construction equipment rental services, mining activities through Orbel Mining Company, and the operation of parking facilities.
As a municipal company, we continue our growth strategy by expanding into new commercial and social activity areas.
