INSE 2026

The workshop “How to Successfully Apply for Funding under Horizon Europe?” is addressed to representatives of Polish R&D institutions, entrepreneurs, representatives of public administration, and non-profit organizations. Therefore, it will be conducted in Polish. 

The workshop is part of the INSE’2026 event and will take place on June 11, 2026 (11:30–13:30) in Warsaw (the exact location will be provided by the Organizers upon confirmation of participation). 

The aim of the workshop is to support participants in the effective preparation of research and innovation projects under Horizon Europe. 

Specific objectives include: 

  • improving participants’ understanding of the requirements and assumptions of calls under the Horizon Europe Programme, 
  • developing skills in designing competitive R&D projects. 

Workshop programme includes: 

  • sessions held in a group of up to 25 participants, 
  • practical work in subgroups focused on analysing Horizon Europe call requirements, 
  • exchange of knowledge and experience, 
  • presentation of developed solutions and sharing of best practices. 

  

Participation in the workshop is free of charge; however, the number of places is limited. 

  Participants eligible to attend the workshop must meet the following criteria: 

  • represent Polish entities (R&D institutions, companies, non-profit organisations, or public administration bodies), 
  • express their willingness to participate via the registration form, 
  • receive confirmation of participation from the Organizers.
