Offshore Renewable Energy workshop for international researchers and Basque companies

The BASQUENERY Cluster organizes in collaboration with INORE (International Network on Offshore Renewable Energy) and the EHU this matchmaking event in Bilbao's School of Engineering the 30th of September. The matchmaking and B2Bs will be part of a workshop that will showcase the R&D projects and papares developed by researchers all around the globe in the offshore renewable energy sector and the capabilities of Basque companies in this sector. INORE is the leading international association for postgraduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career professionals working across various fields of offshore renewable energy, boasting over 1,000 members from 70 different countries. The event will attract more than 40 international researchers who are working on pioneering projects in the sector and are interested in collaborating with or working for Basque companies. The Basque Country gathers a complex industrial ecosystem with more than 100 companies working on offshore renewable energies. The value chain is comprised by engineering companies, manufacturers of components and large metallic structures, companies offering offshore services, also digital services for O&M, lifting solutions and R&D centres.
