PhD student in Agricultural Sciences with expertise in sustainable crop management, plant disease control, and biostimulants. Focused on applied field research.
PhD candidate in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, specializing in sustainable olive cultivation. My research focuses on eco-friendly strategies for disease management, varietal performance, and quality assessment of olives and olive oil. Over the past three years, I have conducted field trials and lab analyses in collaboration with international research centers, including extended stays in Spain. These experiences have strengthened my adaptability, cross-cultural communication, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. During my time abroad, I also worked with proximal sensors to support more efficient fertilizer use, and I am currently developing skills in data interpretation as part of my final thesis. I’ve gained solid experience in field monitoring and lab work, and developed soft skills such as problem solving, initiative, and collaborative leadership—assets I am ready to bring into innovative agricultural and agri-tech environments.
