Project Cooperation in Geospatial Cultural Intelligence

Orbis is a geosocial network that visualizes collective cultural behavior via dynamic, algorithmic territories. We are looking for European partners (research centers, universities, municipalities, or civic tech groups) to co-develop a cross-border system for participatory cultural mapping. The project aims to expand our platform with EU datasets, support multilingual deployment, and pilot cultural engagement campaigns in selected cities. We bring technical infrastructure (web, Android, iOS), AI-based community detection, and a research lab supported by FAPESP (Brazil's science foundation). We seek R&D partners to integrate data, train AI models, and co-publish results under an open framework for digital cartography and smart civic infrastructure.
